By further reduction of its size to quantum size, its properties such as heat rejection and colour becomes better.
NID Series window films are made from colorized polyester (PET) which goes through the dyeing process using nano-inorganic dyes. Unlike conventional dye films, our dye films have better durability and clarity due to usage of nano-inorganic dyes as a colorant during the dyeing process.
PIM Series window films are made from polyster (PET) with the highest optical grade coated with ultrafine inorganic pigments. Pigments used are derived from inorganic material such as carbon black, manganese ferrite, chromium iron oxide, nickel antimony titanium and etc. Pigments have better properties compared to conventional organic dye colour as it is more durable due to its stable state of properties under sunlight.
UV400++ is the latest technology available in the market. By using UV400++, 100% of UV Rays (UVA, UVB, UVC) are blocked by the films itself. Most of the films available in the market are only able to block UV Rays of up to 380nm, which is insufficient. Over exposure of UV Rays can cause damage to both our skin and eyes. It can also lead to skin cancer if exposed to for a long period of time.
