Infusion Lite Series is produced at the same method of producing as the Infusion Series, which the window films are made using Polyester (PET) film infused with heat rejection organic material during the extrusion process. Its cost is cheaper in comparison to the usual Infusion Series due to relatively lower cost of the organic heat rejection material used. The films made using of these materials are more durable than usual films and exhibits natural heat rejection from the material itself. The Infusion Lite Series is produced using has the highest standard in clarity and are installers friendly with superb heat shrinkage.

Our Safety & Security Films are not just thicker in the sense of polyester films applied but also thicker than the usual adhesive applied on a thinner films. With our stronger adhesive strength and thicker polyester (PET) Film with lower haze value. The adhesives that we’re applying are stronger in comparison with the adhesive available in the market for safety and security films by having higher solidity content and bonding strength. Constructed with High Grade Optical Safety PET Film and combined with Nano Ceramic Infusion PET Film which are thicker polyester films that are applied to glass with the primary purpose to reduce the impact from shattered glass during accidents or disasters. The product is also strengthened with specially formulated high strength adhesive and thicker pressure sensitive adhesive coatings to increase adhesion to glass surfaces. The safety-films’ toughened glazing also provides greater deterrence during forced break-ins.

Infusion Series Window Films are made from Polyester (PET) films infused with Nano Ceramic materials that have high heat rejection properties during the film’s extrusion process. With built-in properties such as high UV blocking and high heat rejection, this films are able to produce optical clarity and durability of the highest standard. Unlike other conventional methods for coating, infused films are ensured to have longer durability in terms of colour fading and heat rejection.

Our Infusion Nano Ceramic Series window films are made using top 1% grade polyester Optical (PET) film infused with high heat rejection nano-ceramic during the film extrusion process. With these built in properties such as heat rejection and UV blocking, the best solar rejection film is produced with the highest standard of clarity and durability. Unlike conventional method of coating, infused polyester ensures non fading and high heat rejection.

Our Infusion Full UV Series are using the latest FULL UV technology available. By using FULL UV technology, 100% of UV Rays (UVA, UVB, UVC) are blocked by the films itself. Most of the films available in the market are only able to block UV Rays of up to 380nm, which is insufficient in our point of view. Over exposure of UV Rays can cause damage to both our skin and eyes. It can also lead to skin cancer if exposed to for a long period of time. Unlike the conventional way of producing Full UV films, ours are made by using Infusion technology which embed the UV Rejection properties into the PET Films itself. This ensure the UV additives will not be in contact with air itself which will cause the loss of it’s effectiveness over time.

Our Infusion Nano Ceramic + Pigment films are made by Infusion Nano Ceramic (PET) Film coated with fine nano-sized pigment particles which are blended into our adhesive by the addition of pigment binder and dispersion agents. This results in fine coated films with coherent structures of pigment and adhesive bonded together. These type of pigments films are more durable than the normal organic dyes coated films. Pigments itself is made of inorganic compounds hence it have the ability to reduce heat itself and having a lower haze levels which are similar to dyed window films. The pigment films made using this method have outstanding light stability for a longer period of time.

NID Series Window Films are made from colorised 1% grade polyester optical (PET) films which have went through a dyeing process by using what we call Nano-Inorganic Dyes. Our dye films, unlike conventional dye films, have better durability and optical clarity due to the use of Nano-Inorganic Dyes as a colorant during the dyeing process. It’s pricing is comparable to the usual glue coating films, meanwhile the quality is better since there will be no colour adhesive residue when the films are removed from the glass after some time.

OVERVIEW
Totalgard Infusion Pro Series provide neutral appearance, low reflectivity and excellent weather ability of a sputtered metal such as Nickel with high moisture permeability not achieved by any other sputtered metals. The film is produced using proprietary techniques to create a porous structure of corrosion resistant metal. The porous structure allows for much higher water permeability thus the film dries 20 times faster than other corrosion resistant materials such as Nickel or Inconel. In the example below, the permeability of 35% Totalgard Infusion Pro based product is 18.4 g/m2Ă—day which is over 20 times higher as compared to that of conventional 35% Nickel based product that measured 0.81 g/m2Ă—day. High permeability ensures quick drying upon installation which allows this metal to stand out among other sputtered products making it a component of choice for high quality automotive, architectural and safety window films. Excellent durability and resistance to both oxidation and hydrolysis paired with an attractive, natural appearance and moderate reflectivity allows Infusion Pro films to be used for both interior and exterior applications in metal-only as well as hybrid constructions.

Constructed from a combination of Totalgard’s® Non-oxidation Alloy Sputtered PET Film and Nano Ceramic Infusion PET Film, this method provides the highest clarity and high visible light transmission of up to 73%, yet dramatically reduce infrared energy and over 99% of the ultraviolet radiation. Sputter film are ideally suited for automobiles in situations where conventional window film may be prohibited. Sputtering technology is applied through an interesting fabrication technique where a special vacuum chamber is used.
